If a product that you have received or downloaded is not what you expected, or is not of a satisfactory standard of quality, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, the product that you received must be either defective (i.e. a video that doesn't play) or is of a lesser standard of quality than what you expected. post race endeavours to provide as much information to you about the products you are purchasing, by way of sample images and the resolution at which you can expect the original images to be. We partner only with photographic print providers who have a reputation for producing high quality results.

In most cases, a technical fault may be to blame for products received that do not meet expectations. We encourage you to contact us in the first instance with information about your order(s) and we will do our level best to ensure you receive what it is that you ordered.

Please email within 14 days of receiving your order(s) and describe what it is that you're not satisfied with. We will then contact you shortly after to arrange a replacement or refund.
